Stamped with black FRANCO from Basel A freshly colored and clean Basel pigeon with good to very good edges on all four sides. It was cancelled with a rather rare FRANCO from Basel. It is actually in very good condition. Unfortunately, this rare piece has a small tear in the middle at the top, which could be repaired.
