Stamped with JOURNÉE DU DON SUISSE 3III45 LAUSANNE (PÉN No. 253) Beautiful and cleanly preserved letter that was sent from Lausanne to Schwyz by express mail and charge. Reverse with arrival stamp Schwyz 5.III.45-7 VII. The section is freshly colored, beautifully cut and clearly stamped. The additional franktaur W19+20 is also clearly stamped and in excellent condition. Picture 2 shows all the stamps that were used for the donation day. This is Geneva, Lausanne, Bern, Basel, Zurich, Lugano and with Automobilpost also St. Gallen, Neuchâtel and Bellinzona.
