Stamped with BERN 5 27.XII.38-16 III KIRCHENFELD Official envelope of the Federal Office for Weights and Measures, which was sent cash on delivery from Bern to Oberwangen. Verso very clear arrival mark (see image 2). The stamp, with a punched cross, is brightly colored, perfectly perforated and very beautifully canceled. The whole unit is in very clean and perfect condition.
